Sanaol
Sanol or Sana all - (tagalog slang) an expression of envy or jealousy
Literally translate to, If only everyone had.
ex. Sanaol may bagong sapatos! If only everyone had new shoes! (actually means "I wish I had new shoes too…")
We wanted to turn this phrase around in a way that was reflective of God's heart.
In Exodus 20:4-5 says, “You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God...”
It is a different use of the word “jealous” when God says He is jealous. What He is jealous of belongs to Him; worship and service belong to Him alone, and are to be given to Him alone.
We believe that true Impact is made when our hearts begin to burn with a the same jealousy that God has for all of His creation. When people begin to step out in faith with word and action, in worship and in missions, the world will look more like heaven. God wants us to have that with Him.
And so...
Sanaol.
